Barry* attends a day services, care farm run by Potsford Care Services Limited in Suffolk. During the Covid lockdowns, he was unable to visit the farm and really missed the animals.

Using a Video Carephone Anthony, one of Barry’s care workers, called Barry so he could see all the farm animals, which
he loved. The Video Carephone also helped reduce Barry’s exposure to infection
by reducing the number of visits by carers a day.

Barry says, “I think it’s very good to help me
communicate and see people I can’t go to see. It is very easy to use and
would be good for anyone who lives on their own and can’t get out.”
