Refund policy

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to enclose your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item develops a fault during use, please contact us by email at and send a photo of the fault area for our reference together with your order number so we can attend to the problem quickly.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Please note if you return an item to us because of a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse you the postage paid, both at the time of purchasing and returning the item to us. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

Your Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at ask@youralcove.com, please also quote your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item when your item arrives back with us.
